Macramé workshop – Make a Plant hanger (For beginners)
September 8 | 2:00 pm - 6:30 pm
Macramé Plant hanger workshop- (Beginners)
We all love a little green in our homes and a macramé plant hanger is a perfect and beautiful way to have plants adorn our space. Macramé originated in the 13th-century and though there is still an ambiguity over the place it came from (Arabia or Turkey), the fact that it is a beautiful art form is unquestionable.
Macramé is all about knotting cords and can be made of cotton twine, linen, hemp, jute, leather , yarn, wool or even ripped t-shirts, essentially any kind of cord!
What we will do:
Starting with basics, you will craft an original piece using cotton ropes, macramé braids, patterns & beads. You will take home a beautiful elegant plant hanger (all crafted by you) for your home garden by the end of the session.
