DESCRIPTION:3D Paper Mosaic LIVE Online Workshop\nJoin us for a LIVE Online 3D Paper Mosaic Workshop!\nBecause when Life gives you colours\, make colourful mosaics! \nA Brief About the Workshop: 3 Dimensional Paper Cut Artwork \nDetails About the Workshop: \nThe paper mosaic project is a technique of paper cutting making it three-dimensional by adding height and depth to enable a beautiful interplay of light and shadows. \nAge Group: \n14+ years \nSkill Level: \nBeginner \nClass Schedule: \n17th and 18th May\, 2017; 7:30 AM – 9:30 AM IST (Online) or 10pm – 12.00am (EST) \nPrice – 50USD \nMaterials Required: \nWhite or black paper – 160gsm or more (Has to be paper without the fibre\, cannot be handmade paper etc) \nColoured craft paper – 120gsm or more \nXacto paper cutting knife – No 11\nCutting Mat\nScissors\nPencil \nEraser\nStapler \nPVA Glue\nRuler \nSelf-healing cutting mat \nPattern will be emailed to you. \nAn internet connection of at least 1MBPS speed with a UPS backup for the computer in case of a power cut. \nTakeaway from the session: \nIn this course\, you will be making a 10’x10′ 3D paper mosaic. \nArtist’s Profile: \nRitu Gera is an artist in a very unique field of “paper cutting”. Her interest in paper cutting started out as a hobby for her few years back but with passion and dedication\, she has nurtured it into a successful career. \nRitu is a skilled painter in water and oil\, a quilling artist as par excellence. She is open to new ideas and likes to take on new challenges\, loves experimenting and combining multiple mediums\, saying it keeps her upbeat and fresh. \nNot only does she makes great pieces of work from a “mundane” activity like cutting paper but she also enjoys teaching children and adults.
