As much as we think that doodle can be done mindlessly\, guidance into making meaningful patterns out of the scribbles take doodling to a whole new level. \nDoodling is often incorporated into art therapy\, allowing its users to slow down\, focus and de-stress. \nPopular kinds of doodles include cartoon versions of teachers\, companions in a school \, invented fictional beings\, landscapes\, geometric patterns\, textures\, or phallic scenes.
