A curated module to introduce youngsters to authentic and right techniques of Soft Pastel art/ Charcoal Painting, Calligraphy & Typography, Finger Painting in Acrylic, Pointillism, Caricature Drawings, Paper sculptures, Clay Art/ Terracotta coiling and more across 2 weeks.

About the trainer – Micky Sujan is a free-spirited artist who gets inspired by day to day life. A designer by profession, her strengths are pencil sketching and acrylic mediums. The artist also loves working with colored charcoal watercolor and oil. Mixed medium is her passion; learning and teaching various types of paintings keeps her motivated.

The Art Summer Camp will run in two batches:
Week I – Monday, 16th to Friday, 20th April
Week II – Monday, 23rd to Friday, 27th April
Timings: 10.30 am – 1pm
Venue: Bloom & Grow, Koramangala

Children may be enrolled either for Week I or Week II or both. The content will be different both weeks.
Fee: Rs 3000 for one week; Rs 5000 for both weeks (includes taxes and all material costs)
All material will be provided.

Solar powered car – DIY

Design and build a Miniature Solar Car Model, powered by solar cells. Which literally runs on sunlight. Learn about the benefits of solar power, and how architectural and building engineers integrate solar cells.
The main aim of the workshop is to introduce to you alternative energy concepts while incorporating problem solving, design and modeling. Consequently, you will learn to use the hand tools used to construct your solar vehicle.

Age group: 8 years and above (Parent can accompany the child if required)

Skill Level: Beginner

Pre required knowledge: None. Parent supervision will be required for children who wish to participate.
Schedule: 16th April (Sunday), 10 AM – 1 PM

Price: ₹ 1,000

Materials that will be provided: Nano Solar Panel, Micro Dc motor, plastic gears, erasers for wheels and other accessories.

What to bring: All the material will be shipped. Please ensure that you have an internet connection of at least 1Mbps speed with a UPS backup for the computer in case of power cut

Artist’s Profile: Bishojeet Paul started making miniature models out of paper during his school days. He has been featured on various TV shows like, BBC Wheels India 1999. Star News, NDTV, etc. currently holding “LIMCA BOOK OF RECORDS” for making miniature cars bike and aero models out of stiff paper.
