Oil Painting – The process of painting with pigments with a medium of drying oil as the binder.
At this workshop, you will learn –
• Tips on how to start painting with oil paints.
• Learn all the basics of an oil painting.
• Brushstroke techniques- Sealing the art and preserving
• You will learn each step hands-on how to draw and use paints
• Lessons on mixing and matching colors from a limited palette.
• Basics in still life
Acrylic painting- It is a fast-drying paint made of pigment suspended in acrylic polymer emulsion. Acrylic paints are water-soluble but become water-resistant when dry.
At this workshop, you will learn –
- To create impasto effects, with dramatic peaks and valleys
- Sculpt the acrylic medium before it has dried on the canvas
- Use woodcutting tools to carve into the acrylic medium after it has dried on the canvas
- To create staining effects by painting over the acrylic medium with a wash of acrylic paint
Watercolor Painting- It is the most versatile painting technique that one could learn and master it. It is a simple transparent water-based medium that is equally effective and sensational.
At this workshop, you will learn-
- Different types of washes, a few types of strokes and complete a beautiful Painting.
- The theme for the session is Reflections.
- Watercolor paintings are more about timing and techniques
Knife Painting – Let’s get together to create a magical world filled with colors and roses. Learn to paint abstract roses using a palette knife. You will also learn a little about blending colors and using the dry-brushing technique.
At this workshop, you will learn-
- A 12×12 piece of artwork on canvas with a knife
