Trainers
Shruthi who has a Masters in Psychology, works at Ankura Foundation which is an early intervention centre for children with special needs. Her work at Ankura has included several techniques of working with children, including making lesson plans and child based teaching methodology. She also initiated technology based teaching methods with computers, tabs, ipads and Smart Board. Shruthi has recently launched a Lego Club to engage children with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) and other social communication disorders.
Rajan is a corporate veteran and an entrepreneur. He is a certified Lego Serious Play facilitator; a tool that is used to do workshops with companies. He has been using Lego as a learning tool for the past 8 years and presently works extensively in the social sector.
