Gond Art – A Two-day workshop celebrating Folk Arts of India
Gond Art, a traditional folk art of the Gond community, is a mystical art form that is created by putting together dots and lines. The GOND paintings are an offering in the workship of nature and a mode of seeking protection and warding evil from the house. The Gond community is one of India’s largest indigenous communities and their art is the expression of their everyday quest of life.
