Monochrome Still Life Painting Workshop with Trishna Patnaik
This workshop is basically about the usage of one colour (a monochrome) to create a still life painting by using simple objects such as fruits, bottles, spoons etc. as the painting image assembly.
The whole exercise gives a good exposure to composition creation, tonality, gradation theory to be used during painting experiences even otherwise.
In this workshop participants will learn oil painting that emphasizes on composition creation. The purpose of the course is to encourage understanding towards one colour interaction, technical and compositional skills and, finally provide a basis for creative growth and expression.
You will be using Oil Paints on Oil Paper to paint a Monochrome Still Life image which will be a common composition for the whole group.
