Madhubani Art – Beginner weekend workshop in Bangalore
Madhubani, a form of Indian folk art, originated from the Madhubani district in the Mithila region of Bihar. For centuries, the women of Mithila have practiced this art by decorating the walls of their houses with linear and vibrant designs depicting mythological deities and nature. These days Madhubani designs are seen on handmade paper, canvas, and fabric.
In this workshop, the participants will learn about the different styles of Madhubani paintings and create one of their own.
It will be a guided session, so you need not have any prior experience in painting.
All materials will be provided in the workshop.

About the workshop –
The course is a 3 months comprehensive and intensive course program that enables you to administer and assess with a therapeutic approach and begins with this 2 day session on Art therapy which covers the curriculum in Art Therapy and guides participants to administer art therapy.

Course structure:
DAT is a intensive Hands on Experience learning on 5th of June with expert Art Therapist.
Students are let to explore and Apply their learning for 3 months Duration with a mentor Guide who will be mentoring online for participants to get the concept grounded.
Participants are expected to attend a follow up session and submit Assignment 1. This is a clarity giving session.
Participants are given 2 months time to submit assignment 2 with a personal mentoring facility.
Once Assignments are submitted with in Timeline, students will be given acknowledgment from the board in accordance to their efforts.
Convocation is a formal event where each participant is awarded with Diploma , Entitlement and Research certificate which add value to their curriculum vita.
A 2 and a half-hours orientation program is organized for participants to understand the course better. Details for the orientation program (no charges) is as follows.
