She is currently producing paintings for the inaugural exhibition for the new Museum of Goa & is organising-participating in an exciting 4 woman show, with 5 galleries (so far) travelling from India to Europe later in the year, the final venue being the Nehru Centre, the cultural wing of the Indian High Commission HQ in London. As a practising fine artist, Barbara uses bird imagery often in her artworks for its symbolism but chose the bird subject for the workshop for its simplicity in sculptural handling, however if students prefer to use other ideas that is fine as well.
