Crochet workshop for Beginners – Make a Cowls/Neck Warmers
 
Crochet is a process of creating fabric by interlocking loops of yarn, thread, or strands of other materials using a crochet hook.
 
Cowls or neck warmers are beginners crocheting project. We would crochet with a thicker yarn for this project. Cowls are in trend fashion accessory which can be worn with any garment.
 
In this workshop, participants will learn how to –
 
1. Basic crocheting stitches like chain
2. Single crocheting, double crochet
3. A ripped stitch pattern to make the cowl
 
The participants can choose between button cowl or an infinity cowl.
Absolute Beginners can join the workshop.
Date – 7th July
Day – Sunday
Time – 2.30 pm to 6 pm
Fee – Rs 1500 per head (Including all the materials )

Glass Bottle cutting & Lamp Making workshop in Bangalore for Beginners
Cutting glass bottles is fun, easy and good for the environment. We will Upcycle/Recycle glass bottles into a beautiful electric lamp that can accessorize your home.
In the workshop, participants will learn the following:
– How to score the glass
– How to cut glass by stressing it
– How to smooth glass and grind it
Finally, participants will make lamps from the cut glass bottle
Please bring 3 round glass cleaned bottles with you – Please bring at least one beer bottle.
Remove labels from all bottles – To remove labels from bottles, dip the bottles in soapy water overnight. Once the label comes off, any sticky residue can be scrubbed off with soap and a scrubber.
