For optimum health, we need a good digestive system. These days most of our good gut bacteria gets damaged due to a faulty lifestyle, unhealthy eating habits, certain medications specially antibiotics. Probiotics are live bacterias and yeast that are good for our digestive system. They keep your gut healthy and restore the natural balance of bacteria in the gut. Our traditional food included many probiotic recipes that have been forgotten over the years. We will be revisiting them and the importance of maintaining a good gut system through this workshop.
ABOUT THE WORKSHOP :
In this workshop you will learn why they are necessary and why you need to make your own probiotics. Participants will be directed step by step how to prepare their own probiotics at home very easily and understand the ways in which they can ensure they maintain a stronger gut system.
