The course includes introduction to millets in Indian foods, importance of using millets in diet, cooking millets in innovative and tasty ways .Millets are traditional grains which are used very sparingly these days. Millets are highly rich in proteins ,fibre and minerals and are least allergenic , soothing and easy to digest. Research shows incorporating Millets in you diet help managing a number of diseases .
