Mindfulness and self-expression through art
– Free kids workshop with Divya Jain by Bloom and grow.
– Fun activities – riddles/emojis
– Short meditation
– Simple affirmations
Materials: Paper, pen/pencil and crayons/ color pencils.
About the Instructor:
Our trainer Divya Jain is a counselor and is certified in NLP at the Masters level. She has also trained in Inner child healing, rebirthing breathwork and energy healing under various teachers. Divya brings a unique perspective on communication, interpersonal relationships and group dynamics through her long and varied experiences in theater, the corporate world and in her own spiritual pursuits. She finds great joy and deep fulfilment in being a guide and fellow traveler on journeys of self-discovery.
For children: ages 6 to 12 (parents can accompany)
