Macramé is the art of knotting. This beautiful craft/skill enables you to make beautiful home decor products. You don’t have to have any prior art and craft experience to expert this!
It’s meant to be very calming and fun !
In this workshop, you will learn how to make a beautiful Macramé wall plant hanger which include 4-5 macrame techniques. Each participant is assured to have a final product at the end of this workshop.
Material Required:
1. Bangle (thicker one)

The 5-day online art camp is all about inspiring creativity in kids of all ages. These activities will keep your kids not only entertained and engaged but give them a zeal to DIY and upcycle things that are around them.
Day 1: Monday, 18th Oct Zentangle Still Life – The Zentangle Method is an easy-to-learn, relaxing, and fun way to create beautiful images by drawing structured patterns. We call these patterns, tangles. You create tangles with combinations of dots, lines, simple curves, S-curves and orbs. These simple shapes are the “Elemental Strokes” in all Zentangle art. Materials required – Marker/Microtip pen and colors
Day 2 : Tuesday, 19th Oct Bottle Painting – Upcycle your glass bottles to a beautiful piece of art using some fun and endearing art techniques making most of the materials available with you. These bottles may be used as vases, lampshade holders, etc.
Materials required – Empty glass/ plastic/ metal bottle or jar, acrylic paints, brushes sponge (optional) earbuds/ Q tips, any marker or sketch pen.
Day 3: Wednesday, 20th Oct Harry Potter Painting – Little treat to all Potterheads, as Hedwig brings you your Letter from Hogwarts. After getting sorted into your Houses we shall swish and flick our brushes to paint the adorable Hedwig. All supplies will be brought straight from Diagon Alley to your desk. Do not hold back if you have never painted before, we have got it all sorted for you.
Materials required – Canvas/ Drawing sheet, brushes, acrylic paints

Texture Painting: Acrylic painting of cupcake with textured background. Participants will learn how to create textures with various materials like bubble wraps/ newspapers, tooth brush, fingers etc

Day 5: Friday, 22nd Oct Lippan Art – Lippan Kaam, also known as Mud and mirror work is a traditional Mural Craft of Kutch, Gujarat India. Learn Clay Modeling techniques and Mirror placing in this session.

The author, Divya will talk about her book which is about self-acceptance told through the lens of not liking your curly hair.
She will read some parts of the book.
Post the reading we do an activity – the first part is on how to write and get out your feelings about being teased.

‘Spice up the world’ A ‘cook along’ introduction to different cuisines with Sheenu Duggal by Bloom and Grow.
